Steinwachs Artist Residences

Located in the Rosemary Square district at 1444 Blvd. of the Arts, Sarasota Opera’s Steinwachs Artist Residences is made up of 30 modern, fully-furnished apartments used primarily to house artists and staff during the company's fall and winter seasons. The complex features 16 three-bedroom, eight two-bedroom and six one-bedroom apartments and is within short walking distance of downtown Sarasota and the waterfront. Apartments are available for short-term rental by non-profits from April – December.
