Costume Rental Policies

Our basic Rental Policy is :
 

The per costume cost is :

1. There is a flat rate per principal (this is for a 2 week period of performance time, each additional 2 weeks is a 1/4 rental)
2. There is a flat per chorister and super (this is for a 2 week period of performance time, each additional 2 weeks is a 1/4 rental)
3. Shoes and jewelry are not included
4. The costumes will come unaltered
5. Costumes need to be returned clean and packed in a similar manner to how they arrive
6. Shipping is not included
7. There is a TBA security/damage deposit
8. Proof of insurance is required
9. Designer royalties (if applicable) are not included in basic rental price
10. If payments and contracts are in place, we will send the costumes 5 weeks prior to your opening date
