I have tickets for the February 24, 2022 Tosca or February 26, 2022 The Daughter of the Regiment ? What are my options.

The February 24th performance of Tosca has been rescheduled to Wednesday, March 2.

  • If you hold a ticket for February 24, it will be honored, with your same seats, on March 2 and you don’t need to do anything.

If you have a ticket for the February 24thTosca and can’t come on March 2, or have a ticket for the February 26 performance of The Daughter of the Regiment and would like to come to another performance,

  • Please call the box office at (941) 328-1300 to arrange for an exchange, or
  • You can come to the box office at 61 North Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota.
  • We’re sorry that we cannot process exchanges online.

What if I don’t want to come to a different performance this season?

  • Please click here to request a refund, a credit for a future performance (in this or a future season) or to donate your tickets. 

I have donated my tickets—when will I receive my tax receipt?

  • We are processing requests as quickly as we can. If you haven’t received your tax receipt by March 31, please email us at [email protected].

I requested a credit for a future performance—how can I redeem that credit?

  • You can redeem it online by logging into your account with your correct user name and password. You can apply the credit at check out.
  • You can call the box office at (941) 328-1300 to select a ticket for a performance and apply the credit.

I requested a refund of my tickets.

  • Please contact us if you have not received a refund confirmation from us by March 31, 2022.
