Box Office

The Sarasota Opera Box Office is located in the Pavilion Building of the Sarasota Opera House complex at 61 N. Pineapple Avenue, Sarasota.

Hours vary depending on season.  Current hours are:

Beginning Jan. 5: Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
(Please note that the box office will be closed Dec. 24-28, and Dec. 31-Jan. 4).

Beginning one hour before a performance, the box office kiosk in the lobby of the Sarasota Opera House is open. It is just to the right as you enter the main doors.

Online ticketing is available 24 hours a day.

The Sarasota Opera Box Office accepts Cash, Check, Traveler's Cheques, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for all purchase.

Student Rush

Student rush tickets for $10 go on sale at the box office one half hour prior to a performance. These are subject to availability and may be purchased by students 22 years old and under, with a valid student ID.

Refund Policy, Exchanges, and Ticket Donations

All sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds.  Tickets may be exchanged for a performance of the same opera (subject to availability) on a different date for a $3 service charge. Tickets that cannot be used can be turned in to the box office as tax-deductible donation up to 1/2 hour prior to a performance.
